What is the Writing Studio?
The Writing Studio provides students with resources and individualized peer consultations to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and clarity in written expression. We welcome both personal and academic writing at all stages of the writing process. Our mission is to create an inclusive community where every writer feels inspired and supported, equipped with the skills necessary for any future writing endeavor.

Durham and Online Students:
Currently, writing studio appointments are limited to students living on the Morganton campus. However, there are many great resources listed on the Morganton Writing Studio's website for you to take advantage of including writing guides, and external college and university writing resources.
